1-I discharge them a night before to .9 per cell with a NovaK Smart tray to let them cool down and match drain them.
2-Race day I charge them up
3-Race them
4-I will give them a couple minutes of charge after I run them just to store them.
5-I then go back to #1 for the next time.
If you race weekly, this is a good routine for me.
If you store your batteries longer, you may have to charge and equalize them a couple of times to get the max out of them.
As far as charge rate, thats also up to you. No more than 5A I would say for 3300's.
This works for me. However, everybody is different.
