The higher the Kv motor you have the faster you should be. Also check out the gearing chart in your Slash manual. the lower the inal Drive Ratio the faster you gearing should be.
Just dont forget the higher the Kv rating the less Acceleration you will have, the same applies to your gearing just in reverse order.
