Also the 12L3 chassis is thin and flexible compared to the modern 1/12th chassis in use today if I remember right ( I had a couple 12L3's a long time ago). Which is fine on outdoor/bumpy surfaces, and was great in the 90's but for carpet today its not the best solution.
