patelladragger - I have a dual chamber pipe on back order with Tower. I'll let you know if it's worth the money or not when it comes in. I cut the stock header down about 1/4 inch and opened up the exhaust outlet on the stock AE pipe to a #3 drill. It seems to help my MT12.
On my tank, I use 2 orings under it and I don't tighten them all the way down. I have done the tank mod before, but now I have the front fill tanks and I'm kinda leery about doing it to them just yet. I also use High Temp wire insulation around my fuel lines. I got it from where I use to work, I'm trying to find more now.
