Hmmm, Mugen?

I know I ran them in 85' 86', but mugen was not a common name at all at the time and area i was in. Is it possible that another US company re-sold them as one of their's? I got them separate with no car, had a couple of them.
This is one of the most elusive bodies I have tried to track back down. It looked modern and new, compared to the osella and toj at the time.
Does someone have a pic of the mugen with this body?
