It sounds like you are talking about the "Tamiya Limited Light Weight Suspension Conversion kit, p/n 49346". It uses the front and rear suspension from the EVO 4. Surikarn ran this setup on his 415 (and won) at this year's "Reedy race of Champions".

Speedtech R/C (as well as others) sell it. This is the link to it:

Tamiya also released a "Finned Motor mount/bulkhead, p/n 49342" for the 415.
