Calculating would be a good guess at best as things like drag from toe in or out, bad bearings, poor gear mesh or aerodynamics can play a huge factor in how fast your car can go besides the obvious of motor size and number of battery cells used.

Best is to measure it..... radar gun, drive next to it in a real car (not recommended) or measure a known distance and have someone time how long it takes your car to cover that distance. Yes math will be required. LOL
