No they don't...the F103 and F104W use a wider rear rim which makes up the difference in width overall. Problem is the F104W uses a huge rear tire which there are very few aftermarket options for and typically Tamiya stock rubber tires work very poorly. You could go to the F103 rear tire but there are a couple of issues there. First the F104W rear pod is taller than the F103 so getting enough rear ride height with F103 tires will be near impossible. You'll need to change out the pod plates with F103 ones to get ride height back. The other issue is the F103 rubber tires are really old compounds that really didn't work all that great back in the days they were used. As far as I know, no one makes the same compounds as the F104 tires in a F103 size.
