Lamar, earlier this week we talked about spec mode on the Tekin RS and which LEDs blinked when in spec mode. From the Tekin website:

- "ClubSpec" Spec Mode indicated by led's 3 and 5 flashing. Same as version 212 and selectable on the ESC.

- Big Event "LockOut" Spec Mode, locks the ESC into Spec Mode and cannot be changed without plugging back into a HotWire. Factory Reset does NOT turn LockOut mode off. LockOut Spec mode indicated by led's 3, 4 and 5 flashing.

I run mine is "LockOut" mode, so that explains the difference in the blinking LEDs on my Speedo.
