Titanium is far from bling. A Ti bar does not bend, it breaks, hence another no compromise feature fit for a top racer. Its weight is almost equal to that of aluminium but with strength of steel.

All these however shift the weak spot and something has to give. A bent suspension shaft can be difficult to spot without dismantling the car and give a lot of grief. I would rather have a weak spot somewhere I can spot it straight away and service with minimal effort.

Keyed components reduce the options of parts to move around in a crash. Again, something has to give. Tweak is still possible and my guess is it is going to be more complex and affect more parts than if some movement was allowed. Split suspension blocks basically have to be keyed because of their small size which precludes large supporting contacts to dissipate strain.
