I would have filed too. 1st, you forgot to ship them. 2nd, you forgot to ship them again. Now you are claiming your computer was stolen...yet you have posted here in the forum multiple times nearly everyday for the last two weeks. Shipping the tires and shock bodies would cost maybe a whole $5, so it's not even a question of money.

Now you refuse to ship $15 worth of parts until the buyer drops the $125 claim? I'd say he's holding the ball in this game. Just do the right thing and ship the parts you said you'd ship. Keep your receipts and shipping documents. Hell, this could all be over with with just a tiny bit of effort on your part.
