It's normal to experience some expansion with lipos especially when the cells are maxed out inside the case. In a big heavy car with powerful motor setup the expansion be a bit more.
What are you running your cutoff at ?
Yeah, never got any puff with the same power setup in my 6.5lb Ae 4x. The Mugen is on one of those movie star diets now
I run the lvc high at 3.5v per cell and I hit lvc at about11 min if I drive it that long... but that's rare. Usually try to keep practice sessions down to 8 min or less. Heats @ westcoast are 5 min and mains are 6 to 7 min. No puff @ 5 min, but 7 or more seems to get a little expansion.
Reedy lipo does not seem to have been affected, but the nano has lost some punch over the last month that its been in the MSC. Both about 9 months old.
