NovaRossi and Picco Motors are the old breed of racing motors. Kind of like the Yankees and Red Sox. Both have been around forever and produce great engines. The other popular motors are O.S. and RB for racing. There are a lot of cheaper choices and some of them perform well. The Werks motors are great bang for the buck. Reedy doesn't have a huge following in the nitro world. I ran one of their engines, and it performed okay, but nothing special. I am currently running a Picco 5TR. Easy to tune and it produces great power and good mileage.
