I would stay away from plugging and unplugging bullets..stay with deans..and no not 1 cell at a time..each cell is 4.2v..then put in series u get 8.4..I would suggest building ur own..try going into ur local hobby store and seeing if someone there can make u one..if not i have extras E mail me and I'll sell u what u need..TnT
