Yea it's super easy. start by disassembling the center diff and radio tray. (you will need to cut the tray for the Motor install)
Cut the top plate of the radio tray off just after the Steering Servo mount
When putting the Motor plate on I Install the Motor and Pinion onto the motor mount first then put the diff into it's spot on the motor plate to get your Gear Mesh then tighten the Motor Screws down all the way. Now install on the chassis making sure to remove the old Posts from the rear side of the center diff.
When Installing the motor I find it's easiest to insert the rear dogbone into Center diff and rear diff first then as you lower the motor and center diff into place install the front Dogbone (or CDV's if you use them).
You will want a extra brace if you are bashing between the center diff and the front and rear bulkheads. I bent a few chassis's playing with the Electric buggy
Cheers
