Funny, that person would be who?
Now, if you are referring to me WC, its kind of odd wouldn't you say that the main complaint you hear people having is that "the rear end comes around on me", and then you ask the conditions and the response usually is "its loose, large 1/8 type track".
But to the guy who originally asked, don't believe me or WC. Read the thread, and come to your own conclusions as to what people are seeing etc for the conditions they run on. But from what I have read, those who go from the SC104x4 to say the Losi SCTE and report that its easier to drive can't be assumed to ALL be liars. Looking deeper, a lot of them run on conditions that is usually reported as an issue, Large 1/8 tracks with loose conditions.
And if its all setup (not parts needing to be made) as some would suggest, well, then AE needs to put out a setup that is specific to the conditions they are having issues with . Simple as that. Give the drivers the help they need, and the vehicle would not be like a falling knife on the trade boards when attempting to sell.
And as I have said from my personal experiences, I like the vehicle, it just needs stuff to help it in the conditions we run on that differ that what those like WC runs on (M2C Block, etc).
As with all things, the first step in fixing a problem is being able to admit there is one ... Kind of like that whole original slipper clutch that was / wasn't a problem but was "fixed" now with the VTS?
But, as with all things, some prefer the view of sand ...
