Go with either the Mugen or 8.2E I have had no real problems with my 8.2 Nitro. As far as esc/motors...tekin is probably the best available, but I hear good things about the Hobbywing stuff, Motor should be a 1900 to 2050 kv for racing. For batteries look at either the Gens Ace from hobbypartz.com or Turnigy batteries from hobbyking.com 4s around 40C 5000mah packs are what you are looking for. A 1/8 ebuggy is so grossly over powered is almost sickening compaired to a nitro. (but I still enjoy nitro for the outdoor season)
