My second QC2 has worked flawlessly for about one year, The first had a programming issue when it was new and the 3 and 4 programs did'nt exist
But i sent it back and got a new one free. When my Cyclone TC did'nt work (programming failure too) they said we had soldered the wires wrong, how is it? Red to - and Black to +?
at that point i abandoned Novak for all time becasue they wanted more then about 80$ to do the repair
