First thing, rebuild the shocks and change the o-ring. I've been using the Kyosho dual lip o-ring, or our standard 40 degree o-ring.

Our stock springs are very good. You should start off with 344gf in the front and 306gf in the rear.
as Professor mentioned lots of parts are interchangable, and we even now offer a conversion kit.

Thanks for the heads up, ill be sure to check the orings out and replace as necessary. As far as the stock springs, i only have the ones that came on the car, no idea what rates they are (didnt see any markings, they are black though). ill look to see if i can buy the different rates as a set, or ill just buy them separately.
I havent even touched it yet, hopefully this weekend i can tear in to it. Overall impression just giving it a once over is very good. Really like the anodized parts, really makes it pop.
