Well here I am, never thought I'd be here, been rockin an Sc10 4x4 since they came out. It was a fast truck, and I did well with it. A month ago I started driving the 2wd sc10 and focusing on it exclusively. And at a race yesterday a guy brought a scte in and was having troubles with it and mentioned that he wanted an associated. I perked my ears and struck a deal. I traded a BONE stock sc104x4 for his Losi. It has the TLR chassis and tuning kit, hardened out drives on all diffs and aluminum rear hubs. I put a reedy system I had in it and took it out today.
First impressions? Well at first I thought it pushed real bad, but once I got a few packs under I got used to it, it defiantly has less steering than the associated but the truck is WAY more planted, way more stable and it makes me way more consistent. I might try and tune in some off power steering but that's it. Very impressed with this truck.
