Don't be a tight arse, pony up for a decent radio and keep it forever, those cheap radios are fine for crawling or kids
+1 i learned the hard way when my flysky caused 2 full throttle runaways at a track in once race. Don't risk your $500+ vehicles, pick up a futaba 4pl like i did and be set with a radio that will work your entire rc experience, from noob, to expert or pro.
