I probably shouldn't ask this: are your front inner ball studs on the outside hole? I have them in the middle. Caster inserts per manual (0 deg). And I did not get the left and right mixed up

When you say it's dead middle on the hudy, I believe you, as it was with my rb5. Set up per manual, never had to touch them until the ball cups wore out. I don't run front toe-out. If all else fails I'll go with what's worked for me: whatever works. Thanks,
