Then either the manual is wrong or the correct nuts are not in the kit. Either way its incorrect. I'll switch nuts for now, but would really want the correct size bushing.
Based on what I am seeing in the manual and the exploded diagram, the bushing is the same as the one that goes in the shock ends also goes in the shock caps as well.
