the Tamiya family is very peculiar. they show up late, don't make changes often to offroad TRF cars.. they choose not to dip into certain markets and then will roll out a secondary market 4wd buggy that is plastic fantastic.. they often seem to do things on a whim and unexpected.
i love tamiya, they make all parts in house, its an amazing sight. they just aren't very responsive.. unless its onroad.
