Are you saying to remove the entire aluminum piece that goes on top of the steering bellcranks and attaches to the top deck, or just the screw from the top deck? Any recommendations on an aluminum horn?
I removed the whole piece and use M3 x 6mm button heads to hold the bellcrank arms / bearings in place.
Makes the car smoother and more consistent due to increased flex.
I havnt had any trouble with the stock servo arm myself yet.
