Like Kreidel said, that is not a new part so if the old ackerman arm doing well, that linkages should be no problem.
Let me guess your problem, you were trying to measure/watch it closely without top deck being mounted.
If it true, just mount the top deck and the bolt will no longer kiss the bulkhead when he swinging.
