No....they are not.

JConcepts are using their own axle for the front and their SC10 hexes for the rear to get the correct width using their new Mono wheels.

DeRacing are using the AE parts along with the B4 hexes front and rear to achieve the correct width.

So if you use DeRacing wheels with the JConcepts setup you will add width due to different offset on the wheels
