I built mine according to the Tips and Tricks on Durango's sight. Used a drill to run the turnbuckles in and out the ball cups about ten times. They seem real easy to adjust, and hope to hit the track today if I get finished with my daughters agenda in time. I feel there will be no pop off problem.
same here. my first popped off after 9 months of running. and that is just becouse there is a tiny bit of slop in the balcup after 9 months.
