Running mine since October and they are still in great condition, pin and bone. Odd that people are having issues.

I would think that you have the shock down travel limited, but if not... is the arm traveling too far down allowing the bone to back out almost all the way from the outdrive getting that pin into the sharp edge of the outdrive?

Wait, that's up travel that's limited... never mind.
