The new CVA-bones are just 1-2 race-days old and the pins i made out of hardened steel nails broke at the end of the first race-day. The original AE-parts also broke, but just because the bones were that much worn out that there was a sharp edge.

How often do you replace your bones/pins/axles? Maybe the problem is not the CVD but another part of the car :S Too less slippery can't be the problem because i have the V1 slipper.

//EDIT: also the right bone was MUCH more worn out than the left, but the pins broke on both sides.
