The very best product is Loctite 406 which is specifically designed for Rubber and Plastic. The next best is Loctite 401 which is a little more of a general purpose CA.
Now the 406 is super runny so I tend to use in the winter and then in the summer I use the 401 which is slightly thicker but still pretty thin.
Remember to get the best life out of your CA keep it in the fridge when not using.
