Guys, I heard alot of setups for stock. What is the best for the Trinity motors?

I have heard 4499, vertical slot and shaved trailing and leading edge, green springs and a small hole through the center.

I have heard same as above but with one 4499 and one 767.

Any thoughts for 1/12 scale stcok motor setup for a big track?
