Is there a big difference in weight and rotational mass from the 810e to a Ten-te? I see there has been people running the 1410 towards the beginning of this thread with no issues. I've got the Losi 320 size wheels and tires not the stock tires if that helps anything. Any info would be greatly appreciated. One last thing what pinion should I start with?
There really isn't much of a difference in weight between the two and the 320 tires seem to weight a hair under 1/8th buggy tires. I don't have a scale to measure to get exact numbers.

Pinion would depend on what Kv motor you decide to run. I found that 15 on my CC 151 works well. So i'd recommend running that first.

Also keep in mind that the machined towers for the TEN are the exact same material and thickness as the ones that the 8ight buggy uses. I don't see many people having issues with them bending or breaking at my local track on the 8ight buggy.
I bent the stock ones too. They are made out of a very cheap aluminum and don't hold up well.
