OR...or or or.....endpoints could be set too far, and it could be causeing the CVD to pull out of the cup just enough to cause the bone-pin to click on the outdrive....

Not saying that's what it is....just something it could be.....

And damn you guys....I'm going to give my truck one more season... I managed a 2nd place qualifier behind our local fast guy at a night race a week or so ago....

I think the center diff is the missing link in my setup.....will have to order one over the winter....
