Yes - it's locked 24 degree timing, like a 27t stock only with bearings and a 19t armature. And a V2 endbell of course!! It's really neat and costs only marginally more than a 27t stock motor. Awesome!
Any European mail order company should be able to sell you one - the exchange rate isn't good for you guys at the moment though
I'm really suprised that us Brits had something before someone else for a change!!
Also look out for the Peak Dynasty V2 super stock motor - it the same motor apparently, just with a different label.
