Seems to be a GX-5R with a different cooling head, and a different crankshaft.
I have not seen the crankshaft, so I do not know, but on the face of it just from appearance it appears to be similar to the crankshaft of the GXII without the silicone filling, much like that is in the Alpha F850.

However you can't tell timing and such from just a generic picture, you'd have to have a look up close to see if it's the same as in the GXII minus the silicone.
