i think parma might have surprised even themselves.
we had some great racing at The Gate this weekend, with the a-mainers split between parma and jaco tires. the interesting part is the massive steering that the parma tires bring. jim herrmann, who finished second behind paul (chicky03), was running parma purples while everyone else ran dpink compounds in both brands. with the slighly softer wheel that paul designed, the contact patch increases. hence, grip increases, and wear decreases. the trick is doing it right so that they don't lack precision. i think they may have done it.
there's still alot of testing to be done, namely at big races. i guess we'll have to stay tuned for two more weeks until the halloween classic has run it's course. pauly may just give parma a victory out of the hole on his home track.
