I'm probably the worst type of offender. I liked the b4.1 worlds, liked the way it drove, did all the upgrades, big bore springs, hexes, got it just the way I wanted it and then sold it to try something new and exciting.
It got to the point that all I did was clean the car and occasionally change the shock oil. Other than that, no issues. To be honest I kind of got board. I only race when I have time, which is not often. When I do race I am a middle of the pack kind of driver, but I (Edit) (USED) to hang with the Mod guys and have won some races.
I gravitated towards the DEX210, because of the look, chassis, big bores, etc., but am I faster? Who knows. I have not raced with it yet. But I have already had issues with the rear axle, had a shock eyelet pop off, and I am still looking for the right spring/oil set up. Since I don't race a lot, wrenching is part of the experience for me. Now this is what I call fun!
So the moral of the story is different cars means different things to different people.
