I'd get a KO Power over response as it has more torque, but not sacrificing so much speed that it's noticeable. Also you might want to consider Futaba BLS352 if you are already have the intent on spending money on a KO servo.
The Response has 242.9 oz-in. of torque. To my knowledge that's plenty for a throttle/brake servo.
The BLS352 is too slow for my liking (.15) and its not 7.4 volt compatible. I should have mentioned I drag race. Throttle speed is critical.
