My truck has been making a lot of clicking noises. I notice a clicking noise when I get on the gas hard out of a corner, and also when going into a corner hard on the brakes. Look at the clicker first! Make sure there are no rocks in there, if no rocks tighten the nut. Mine was doing the same thing and a retightening of the nut did the trick. Some guys glue the nut on and even add a 2nd nut to ensure it stays locked/tight.
Start with the easiest first, you should be bale to spin the wheels and hear where the noise is coming from.
