To answer your question. Yes, the same set-up will work, but to get the most from ANY brand car, you will want to change things according to conditions changing. It may not be all the time, as indoor conditions tend to be much more consistent.
+1. Cush's setups for our home tracks tend to be very similar outdoor/indoor, provided the outdoor track is groomed with good traction. Usually just simple spring/oil changes and battery placement. Both tracks are generally very fast with larger jumps.
