The philosophy of the Diamondback airflow system is derived from the phenomenon described by alvinsmith75 in his post. Its apparent from observing the general shape of SC bodies that the highest point during flight--the back of the cab--is where air will tend to collect. So we put a big vent there.
i do agree that the roof vent is important for removing the "kite-effect". i just know that on the other companies vented bodies, the large rectangle vents towards the back of the body also seem to create rear downforce on the trucks. i wish sc bodies where as cheap as 2wd buggy bodies, then id just buy it to test for myself
