Well, its difficult to describe how I like to set my clutch. Maybe when Mark is here he can see how I set it.

As for dimensions, it is usually 0.5mm gap with maybe 0.1mm end play. The spring maybe set to between 0.5-1mm from the end of the retaining nut.

Feels good, quick and I'd be surprised if its slipping. The driving style ... well, I'm an analogue racer so yes, there are times I'm only applying half throttle.

In the end though I can't accept that clutch shoes do not wear. This system is friction based so ....
