Also, instead of painting wheels you can dye them with RIT dye. It's more permanent than paint as it "soaks in" and you can't scrape it off. Paint will chip and scrape on wheels, so if you run it, be prepared. Dye becomes part of the plastic -- if you cut deep enough you'll see white, but a scuff will show the dyed color and not white like paint.
