There is a wide choice of servos you could get. Some of the best are the Futaba 9550 they are small and light and provide more than enough torque for the 710.
Fuel is a different question, but use the fuel which you are going to be racing with. Important is, though: what % Nitro do the guys run at your track. Here in Europe there is a limit of 16%, but you may not have this.
There are a good many fuel manufacturers who make good fuel, Tornado and Runner Time are just two of these.
