Started the build last night. Finished the diffs and the rear of the car before heading to bed. Just a quick note about something that I encountered when building the diffs:

When you push the outdrive through the diff case/crown gear/spur and then place the o-ring and washer, you may find it difficult if not impossible to push the small pin through the outdrive.

I ran into this with 4 of the 6 outdrives and the simple fix was to spin an Xacto knife blade with moderate force on each side of the hole in the outdrive. This allowed the pin to be freely pushed into those outdrives with tighter tolerances.

I hope this helps anyone who may encounter this same thing.
