I have ran the CSO and am currently using the Arrow max. Quality is identical, weight is the same (same weight as the original pulley set) pricing is similar (i think?).
I have only used the optional Mugen rubber belts. Keep in mind these are qualifying belts and not intended for hours of use. They do free the car up.
