I got mine put together just in time for first qualifier. I'm definitely not one of the fast guys at the track. On its maiden voyage I qualified 6th behind behind four of the Tekno team guys that have been testing testing the protos from day one. I ran the setup from the instruction build. Power plant was a Mamba Monster 2200 kV system with 14T pinion. Honestly - it was a bit too much motor for the combination of my skill level and track size. Way fast.

The hardest thing for me to adjust to was the spot on steering and response. I found myself clipping pipes on the corners. I've never had a buggy that turned so well. The stock set up is very forgiving and makes this easy to drive from the get go.
I had one major full speed crash on our long straight where I literally jumped over a car midway through. My car cartwheeled the remaining straightaway and hit the wooden wall at the turn. I got marshalled and finished without a broken part.
I can't wait to actually get back to the track for some practice time.
