Crank the servo saver nut to full tight and use a little loctite on it so that it does not come loose. Also be sure that there is no binding in your steering system. Pop the ball cup off the servo horn and make sure that you have bind free travel 100% in each direction.
Pulled the servo out and checked the steering system. It was smooth but not loose. Greased ball cups and freed them up a bit. Also noticed some marks on the servo case where the arm had been rubbing, so I shaved that down. Also tightened the servo saver right up.
Steering seems much better, but won't be able to test it til next week, but hopefully that has solved my issues. Thanks for the help.
