That's a video of "2WD Stock SCT" at my local track Muddpumpers Mountain Raceway. I'm the blue/green XXX-SCT with the pot leaf on the roof lol.

The track is very hard packed with a lot of dust on top. Track is never watered due to the owner having well water at his house.
I'd start with JC Groovy fronts and Double Dee rears both in Green compound.
